Deposit
- The correctly filled in reservation request form should be sent using
the On-line Reservations Form.
Casa
do Calhau Grande will inform you , in writing (e-mail), the availability
and confirmation of the reservation as well as all the conditions of the
reservation.
The
reservation will only be considered definite after the reception of a deposit
(20% of the full payment) by bank transfer which should be made promptly
after confirmation of availability from Casa do Calhau Grande. If the tranfer
is not made within five days, the reservation will be cancelled.
The
remaining 80% is paid when checking in, being cash the most convenient.
To
cancel a reservation, this must be communicated in writing (e-mail) at
least 20 days before check in.
